The Company: National Structures ~ an RK Group company, specializes in design, delivery, and assembly of temporary structures and event tenting for a variety of event-sports and entertainment, industrial, and commercial applications. National Structures supports temporary resources for medical, logistical support, disaster basecamp services, continuity of commercial operations, and other industrial applications.
The Objective of the Regional Project Manager:
The primary objective for the National Structures – Regional Project Manager position is to serve as a project manager for any tenting, flooring or mobile asset rental needs from Illusions Phoenix location. This position should also facilitate accurate movement of National Structures assets in a manner that promotes teamwork, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.
Role of the Project Manager:
· Collaborate with Illusions and National Structures staff to ensure accurate loading and tracking of National Structures inventory.
· This role will work in the Phoenix office and required to come into office Monday through Friday. Weekend and after hours responses sometimes required.
· Accuracy of ticket entry is critical
· Double and triple check tickets for accuracy against Illusion tickets
· Collaborate with co-workers with excellence, professionalism, while using experience to maximize efficiency
Duties of the Project Manager:
· Promote a positive work environment with all team members
· Enter and update all order requests and changes into rental software
· Proactively communicate with Illusions and National Team members for every ticket
· Oversee pick up and return on all Illusion orders.
· Use and expand knowledge and experience to achieve maximum accuracy
· Arrange all heavy equipment needs for Illusions Phoenix projects
· Apply for all city permitting required for National and Illusions Phoenix Projects
· Coordinate with Illusions team and vendors to ensure all logistics are in place.
· Work with General Manager and Inventory Manager to provide best inventory available for requests
· Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
· This role is a developing role, project manager must be open to other assigned tasks.
Skills and Education:
· Strong attention to detail and deadlines
· Knowledge of Rental Industry and Tent Structures a PLUS
· Ability to use and read email, Alert Inventory Management Software, Word docs/ Spreadsheets
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to use problem solving skills to overcome high-stress challenging situations
· Be available to respond outside of working hours when requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
