Job Responsibilities:
Events 50%
- Spearhead virtual and in-person event and webinar logistics and execution, including but not limited to: identifying key events, maintaining an ongoing list, internal team training/calls for attendees, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and event registration/attendance
- Work with Marketing, Sales and CS to organize staffing, speakers, and presentations
- Negotiate and execute contracts
- Interact with key decision-makers and account holders
- Work with vendors and freelance designers to ensure event display accurately represents the brand
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
- Develop promotional, follow-up and sales enablement communication emails
- Work with ADM to import lists into CRM
- Analyze, track, optimize and report on event ROI
Email Marketing 50%
- Work with the Marketing team to plan, develop, and manage an overall email marketing nurture campaign for different segments of the funnel
- Create various segmented lists and workflows in Pardot to create an automated sequence and flow
- Create and design a standard email and newsletter template
- Train stakeholders on adding contacts to these nurtures
- Provide weekly reporting, A/B test and optimization results
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 2-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in event or demand generation
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is strongly preferred
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to write concise and creative emails
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
