We are seeking full-time/part-time RNs for the night shift who have inpatient med surg experience, ideally with a background in orthopedics, but not necessary. Someone who is looking for consistency, work life balance, and a dynamic working environment. Our Inpatient R’s work 12-hour shifts, either 2 or 3 days a week depending on full or part time status. RNs in this role work autonomously alongside an all RN staff and all orthopedic study.
As an Inpatient RN you will provide quality nursing care to post-op orthopedic patients. This includes total patient care, dispensing of medications, preparing of patient meals, patient and family education, cleaning unit and patient rooms as necessary, and electronically documenting. Collaborating with physicians and physical therapists to ensure patient performance and progression towards their goal.

Experience:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Kansas
- BLS required, ACLS preferred
