JOB SUMMARY
Supports the program manager with administrative functions for program(s) and executes a variety of program-related activities. Provides back-up to the Recruiter/Program Specialist(s) for the program(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides Enrollee Management System (EMS) updates; ensures data accuracy and organization.

Implements and utilizes a variety of EMS reports to enhance the program operations. Reports on program statistics for meetings.

Assists in monitoring Enrollee hours and position funding balances.

Supports Recruiter with some enrollee and Technical Advisor paperwork, coordination and communications.

Coordinates the annual enrollee performance report cycle.

Serves as point of contact with agency and enrollees supporting the security/background check process (does not do background checks.)

Maintains well-organized records and meeting notes to include action items.

Maintains organized files and tracking systems and ensures correct naming conventions are utilized.

Reviews and updates program materials and web pages for Enrollees and Technical Advisors.

Participates in program, field, and staff meetings as required.

Serves as backup to program recruiter(s).
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Operational experience with non-profit, for-profit, and government sectors desired, with preference for demonstrated ability to implement and manage government grant programs.

Demonstrated ability to serve on and lead successful business and/or program teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop and use program support systems and tools.

Demonstrated success as collaborator and problem solver.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Experience handling multiple priorities effectively.

Project and people management skills.

Experience with HR and/or workforce planning, grants management, and projects preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree

2 - 4 Years
Education and experience requirements may be substituted on a year-for-year basis by relevant, demonstrated, progressive, and directly related education/work experience.
