Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper who will be customer-facing, answering phones, and receiving in-person customers as necessary to join our team!
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with solid bookkeeping skills that can grow and acquire additional duties/roles. These duties are along the lines of project management and personal assistant to the General Manager.
Expectations and Experience
Accounting Knowledge:

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in financial data analysis and interpretation

Experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Ability to handle day-to-day bookkeeping (Receivables/Payables) tasks efficiently:

Create Vendor PO’s

Receive, enter, and categorize bills
-
Weekly review, payables prep, and check run
-
Accounts reconciliation
-
Review IndySoft invoice templates and transition/create Quick Books invoices
-
Receive payments (credit card, check, ACH)
-
Weekly deposit
Project Management/Assistant:

Support IndySoft and Netsuite transition through data review and entry as needed

Support ISO 17025 documentation and distribution efforts
-
Support Safety & Engagement initiatives
