Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) LVN is primarily responsible for monitoring staff process and polices to ensure compliance with standards of care.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Clinical Staff Documentation
Duties/Responsibilities:
· QA of all Skilled nursing notes
· QA of all Therapies
· Monitoring and completion of all reports needed for QAPI
· Monitor and Maintain Hospital logs and communicate with team
· Review all documentation turned in by RN. ( SOC, ROC, RECERT AND DC)
· Fax any and all documentation needed to coordinate care for patients.
· Monitor all Client logs. ( Infection Control and Incident reports)
· Prepare, send out and follow up on past due report.
· Assist with ADR denials.
· Maintain Glucometer Log.

Job Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licensure)
· Current Nursing license in the state of Texas
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
