ALG Senior is a leading provider of senior living communities, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through exceptional care and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team in Northeast North Carolina.
Position Overview: The Regional Director of Operations will oversee the management and operations of 5-7 senior living communities in Northeast North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of senior living management, and a valid NC Assisted Living Administrator's license. This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency across our communities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Executive Directors and staff at each senior living community within the region.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and objectives for each community.

Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovative solutions to enhance resident satisfaction and community performance.

Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure the highest standards of care and service.

Collaborate with corporate leadership to align regional operations with overall company vision and strategy.

Oversee recruitment, training, and development of community leadership teams to ensure high performance and retention.

Address and resolve any operational issues, concerns, or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to support a positive and collaborative community environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Valid NC Assisted Living Administrator's license is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple senior living communities or similar healthcare operations.

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, and make sound decisions.
