Administrative Assistant needed for a non-profit Foster Care organization with offices in Monterey Park, Los Angeles, CA.

Location: Onsite in Monterey Park, Los Angeles, CA
Employment Type: Contract (Estimated 1+ months)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Our client is the nation's largest operating foundation entirely focused on foster care. Work with other big-hearted advocates whose mission to provide, improve, and ultimately prevent the need for foster care is number one!
Responsibilities
- Invoicing – pay a handful of invoices per month
- Record keeping – manage hard copy and electronic files for cases and organize documents into binders / folders
- Provide front desk coverage –
- Support the team with administrative duties – answer phones, schedule meetings, order lunches, etc
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in administrative role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
