**Office Secretary** **Duties:** - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience - Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing - Utilize computer skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Manage email correspondence and handle inquiries in a timely manner **Skills:** - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers - Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Prior experience as a medical receptionist or front desk personnel is preferred but not required - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience.
