Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices, including mobile devices and computer hardware. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to work with hand tools.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on a variety of electronic devices, including mobile devices, tablets, and computers
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning components
- Solder and desolder components as needed
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality after repairs
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or equipment repair is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices, computer hardware, and operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows)
- Proficient in using hand tools for repair work
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
