We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations, primarily in housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest relations are maintained
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and manage hotel budgets and financial performance
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Proficient in hotel management software systems
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse guests
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Experience in resort management is advantageous
