Lyneer Staffing Solutions, a national light industrial temporary staffing solutions firm is looking for a New Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing primarily on mid to large-size Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics companies throughout the region.
Your Day
- Work closely with new and existing clients to thoroughly understand their staffing requirements which includes generating leads and cultivating strategic relationships.
- Perform all aspects of the sales process, including building new relationships, nurturing existing ones, addressing client questions and concerns, and devising innovative solutions to support and enhance their staffing needs.
- Helping the company grow through prospecting and qualifying strategies.
- Understand the company’s product offering, competitors in the industry, and position in the market.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings through phone calls and in-person visits and utilize various technological resources.
- Utilize a CRM system to organize and manage a client and prospect pipeline effectively.
About You
- Must have prior staffing experience.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working and hitting their target with limited supervision as well as within a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person, make clients eager to engage with you.
- Resilience in the face of rejection, with the ability to view "NO" as a step closer to "YES."
- Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to devise creative solutions to achieve your goals.
- Capable of managing their time and prioritizing important tasks.
- Maintains composure and performs well under pressure.
- Experience entering data and using CRM databases.
Pay Rate/Shift:
- $66,580/per year minimum (DEO)
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
