Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a Part Time Basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll and various HR functions to support our manufacturing company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP
- On board new employees in ADP system
- Provide newly hired employees with all necessary paperwork and explain benefits package as needed.
- Monitor clock in/clock out for both union and non-union employees and obtain approvals from Supervisors
- Analyze and maintain PTO accruals
- Coordinate and provide information for Workmen’s Compensation and Disability claims
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies with employees
- Perform as liaison with ADP on custom reporting requirements
- Other Human Resources and Administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years experience processing payroll via ADP
- Experience with Workmen’s Compensation, Disability claims reporting
- Excellent computer skills to include Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
