**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment for our guests.
**Duties:**
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets company standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services
- Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience in hospitality, hotel, custodial, or industrial cleaning settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and housekeeping management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Billingual
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job
