About Sweet Talkers
As a clinician-owned company, we value a supportive and enriching environment where therapists can truly thrive. The owner, a Speech Therapist, was tired of working for clinics that seemed to value profit over therapist well being. So she created a clinic where therapists come first! Our core belief is in supporting our clinicians in any way possible, which is why we provide a supportive environment that includes CEU credits, paid time off, flexible schedules, and an environment that makes our clinicians feel valued.
YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US!
A Supportive Environment. Join our clinician-owned and operated practice and be a part of a team that values your ideas and input.
Personalized Treatment Spaces. Enjoy the freedom to create your own treatment room for the best therapy experience possible.
Stability and Growth. A competitive salary that provides stability, and you’ll have the opportunity to help build the clinic environment you’ve always wanted, where your ideas and input are valued.
Plenty of Resources, including iPads with therapy apps, and an array of materials.
We Value a Healthy Work-Life Balance. We know that family comes first. That’s why we offer flexible schedules as well as paid holidays and time off.
