We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to handle the day-to-day administrative and financial tasks of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls and emails.

Managing office supplies and inventory.

Coordinating schedules and appointments for the team.

Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.

Maintaining and updating company records and databases.

Assisting with project coordination and tracking.

Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks.

Organizing and maintaining office filing systems.

Assist in processing invoices and payroll.

Light Bookkeeping responsibilities

Coordinate communication between office and field staff.

Support other administrative tasks related to marketing, document processing, and data entry.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office manager, office assistant, or relevant role (+3 years).

Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping and office management procedures.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.

Compensation and Benefits:
