Sourdough Production Lead
IZOLA is looking to hire a driven leader who is passionate about food, baking, and creating AMAZING customer experiences. We serve our croissants and sourdough hot-from-the-oven all day long. For this role, we are seeking an individual to lead our sourdough production, which will include inculcating the high standards that we set here at IZOLA, ensuring process is followed, and someone who values and acts with a kaizen philosophy of constant improvement.
Our sourdough production team is responsible for shaping loaves, maintaining the kitchen and production equipment, preparing the sourdough amendments and scaling our dry ingredients.

Full-time with flexible availability required, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
