The ARM Group LLC is actively hiring for a "Jr. IT Project Manager (SCM, CRM, Warehouse & Manufacturing Background Must)" with one of our clients in Milwaukee, WI
Overview:
As a Junior IT Project Manager, the role is required to ensure that all IT Projects run smoothly and meet timescales and standards . The core technologies include SAP and Microsoft Dynamics / CRM with supporting web based systems and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will assist with all the IT projects to ensure the proper management, communication and monitoring take place across the portfolio.
- Identify workstreams and tasks within the project and help produce supporting plans accordingly
- Work with multiple third party partners and providers across and within India.
- Adhere to and continuously improve Project Management processes and documentation requirements.
- Work alongside the Business Manager to Identify, analyze and suggest solutions and mitigation approaches to project risks and issues and ensure responsibilities across the portfolio are discussed and met.
- Work alongside the Business Manager and Legal teams to ensure internal and legal obligations are met for compliance purposes
- Assist in creating the business requirement documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate IT workshops, meetings and discussions across the various operational teams, associated IT teams and partner leads
- Maintaining Project logs and monitoring status with those responsible.
- Build project status presentations
- Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle
- Work with the Finance team to ensure Purchase Orders and Invoicing tie in with associated Statements of Work
Requirements:
- Educated to Graduate standard or higher within IT or Business Management / on the job experience of Project management . Preferably in IT or Analysis background
- IT Project Management experience with multiple team/partner involvement . Experience of the Motorcycle OEM and transport/warehouse industry.
- Documentation and Reporting Skills. Knowledge of WMS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems
- Strong Time Management, Organizational and relationship skills
- The ability to support in proposing and implementing new project management policies and procedures to help further the team. Familiarity with Project Management Tools and utilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations.
- Google Workspace preferred.
- Strong Financial awareness .
- Experience with supplier contracts and negotiation
- Confident with IT systems.
- SCRUM certification or working experience .
- Presenting to varied levels of audience within the business
