The Blue Crab in Slidell is a high volume traditional New Orleans seafood restaurant. We’re seeking an Asst Kitchen Manager. We’re located at 118 Harbor View Ct. Slidell, LA 70458.
Essential Functions:
· Oversee quality control of food.
· Check in orders.
· Ensure kitchen is cleaned as directed.
· Expedite.
· Prep when needed.
· Manage staff as needed.
Requirements
· 1 year as kitchen managment at high volume restaurant required.
Compensation
This is an hourly "shift manager" position.
Full management position could be available dependent on experience and success .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
