Group Therapy Associates is seeking full-time couple and family therapists to join our team.
The right candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and reliable with experience working with couples and/or families. Marriage and Family Therapists are strongly encouraged to apply as well as LCSWs, LPCs, Psychologists, and Graduate level therapists with demonstrated training and skill working with clients through a relational lens.
Enthusiasm and expertise in providing therapy that meets the needs of diverse populations in a culturally attuned an compassionate manner is a must.
This is a W2 employee position and includes:

Responsibilities:
- Experienced and enthusiastic about working with clients from a relational and systemic perspective; including specific experience and/or training with couples or family therapy
- Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia and Washington, DC. (LMFT, Resident MFT, and LGMFT are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Comfortable with and eager to grow their knowledge of working with clients and colleagues representing many cultural, racial, religious, and gender identities
- A team player looking to work in a collaborative practice where you can learn and share your expertise
- Provide compassionate and clinically appropriate psychotherapy services to clients as assigned in-person and/or via teletherapy
- Work in collaboration with the administrative team to ensure that scheduling, billing, clinical documentation and communication with clients are up to date and managed in a manner that adheres to practice policies, HIPAA, state and professional guidelines
- Attend and participate in our monthly peer supervision group in addition to other professional development opportunities throughout the year
- Able to work a flexible schedule with at least 28 open appointment slots/week and maintain an average of 100 completed sessions per month
Qualifications:
You must have at least a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a similar major and be license-eligible or working toward licensure in Virginia or DC.
This is a hybrid position, with the ability to see clients in-person in VA and/or DC as well as via teletherapy. This is a W2 employee position and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability, paid vacation and sick time off, access to online CEUs, clinical supervision, the ability to create your own workshops/groups, and access to mentorship.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
