Under the direction of the Office Manager the person in this position will:
- Provide administrative support to the office team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping taskssuch as invoicing and expense tracking
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support office staff in various administrative tasks as needed

- Use of Microsoft Office Software to include Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
The office interview will include exercises to demonstrate the effective use of:
- Microsoft Onenotes & Teams
- Excel Spreadsheets & Data input
- Microsoft Word documents
- Creation of electronic folders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
