Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food items are prepared according to company standards
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, gas station/convenience store experience required;
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers, Florida Lottery and gas sale experience
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a retail environment
- Ability to handle food safely and follow food handling guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must have own reliable transportation to get to work on time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
