Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products to construction clients
- Provide architectural support and specifications
- Create bids and proposals/packets
- Search for bid opportunities using Southern Tier Builder Exchange, Construct Connect, Procore, etc.
- Actively seek out new opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with reading and understanding product specifications& construction drawings
- Proficient in CRM software
- Work experience in contract negotiation and some sales
- Project management experience is helpful
- Experience with Project Take Offs (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
