Overview:
Singer Equipment Company, a leading food service and equipment distributor, is seeking a Warehouse administrative assistant. The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks to aid management with the day to day operations of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Invoicing parcel orders through the internal system

Clearly and efficiently communicate information to all levels within the organization; in particular the sales and customer service teams

Field phone calls throughout the shift

Maintain daily warehouse reporting
-
Company uniform inventory and billing
-
Office supplies inventory, delivery and ordering for the warehouse and home office area’s
-
Breakroom supplies stock, ordering and replenishment for warehouse and office use area’s
-
Support for set up and breakdown of showroom area adjacent to warehouse
-
Other clerical duties as assigned
Available to work a Monday- Friday; 7:30 am-4:00 pm schedule
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (via calls and emails)

Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook

Ability to multi-task

Detail oriented and ability to effectively organize tasks

High School Diploma or GED required
