Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of HR administrative experience focused in recruitment and hiring
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Key Responsibilities
Post all new positions to PeopleSoft, State Job Board, ZipRecruiter and other needed job boards and notify the Recruiter. Refresh all positions on each board every Friday.- Coordinate and track pre-employment background screening and drug testing process on candidates; ensuring every candidate consents and tests within 48 hours.
- Administers the Predictive Index tool to candidates and deliver results within 48 hours to Recruiter.
- Initiates and completes all adverse action processes as directed by the Recruiter, Manager, Director or VP.
- Engages new hires' pre-and-post onboarding by assisting with completion of equipment and remote work forms, answering questions, processing I-9’s and forwarding forms to appropriate hiring leaders for signature/approval.
- Completes all reference checks for Supervisors and above.
- Supports Recruitment staff by providing administrative support in the Recruitment area, including supporting temporary hiring projects such as scheduling interviews.
- Projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned to include assisting other coordinators.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
