About the Role
Are you passionate about ensuring client success and satisfaction? We’re seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Client Support Specialist/Client Success Representative. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative team player, excelling in effective, positive communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management. Client relationship management will be at the core of their success, as they build long-term relationships to ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
- Responding promptly to incoming client inquiries to offer assistance
- Providing guidance and technical support for HR Unlimited’s client portal
- Facilitating new client orientation meetings to familiarize them with processes and services
- Following up on necessary client data collection
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to address client needs
- Participating in client review meetings to review new plans
- Proactively conducting client check-ins on a quarterly basis to ensure overall satisfaction
- Maintains accurate documentation of client records in CRM
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with HR professionals preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing growth and development
Technical Skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and best practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Compensation and Benefits
· Hourly Pay: Up to $78K
