Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and function
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and orthopedics
- Experience in Skilled Nursing setting.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on individualized treatment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
