Early Bird Cafe is looking for a line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Job Description:
Prepare food as directed by the chef and or menu plan according to the restaurant's schedule, in a timely manner, and within budget.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Set up and stock stations with supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.)
- Serve meals according to the guests' requests
- Clean up station and take down menus when needed
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Keep station clean, organized, and sanitized
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment of the kitchen floor
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
