- $300 per 5 years of verifiable personal injury case manager experience
- $750 per 5 years of verifiable personal injury case manager experience at a plaintiff law firm
- Monthly discretionary bonuses
Salary Commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.

Supervisor Responsibilities: (none)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
- Communicates and follows up with clients through the case and treatment process.
- Drafts legal documents including Letters of Protection, CPRC Letters, Letters of Representation, Spoliation Letters, Tort Letters, and FOIA to medical providers and insurance companies.
- Prepares and ensures relevant elements of a case are collected, maintained, and organized including the status of claims from insurance companies, police reports, medical liens, and client’s treatment and medical history from medical providers.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with navigating websites related to public records.
- Bilingual preferred.
Education & Experience:
· Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field preferred.
· Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time.
