Under the direction of the Customer Service Unit Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative I will perform a variety of tasks regarding customer, vendor and retailer services. This position will provide game information, policy and procedures, and rules and regulations via interaction with various customers via telephone, in-person and through other correspondence.

What You'll Do
-
Perform data entry.
-
Research and resolve various customer problems and complaints.
- Operate a computer, ticket terminals, calculator, and various office equipment.
-
Prepare fiscal transactions and reconciliation reports.
-
Handle cash transactions and balancing.
-
Handling customers/players visiting the lottery location, selling, and redeeming tickets, answering questions, providing materials, explaining processes and games.
-
Handling phone inquiries, providing winning numbers, mailing requested materials.
-
Preparing bank deposits, balancing daily reconciliation, preparing correspondence, and preparing winner check up to the designated amount.

Other duties as assigned.
