Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic International Moving Relocation Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Household Moving sales and revenue growth through effective account management and business development strategies to service the company and generate leads and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates MUST have previous sales experience selling household (moving an entire household across the country or internationally).
- Assist in developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and initiatives for the international division.
- Providing estimates to clients via conducting both physical and virtual surveys (in-home estimates).
- Following up with customers after estimates are provided to secure the job.
- Build and maintain our strong agent network through exceptional customer service and personal connections.
- Drive sales by promoting and selling products/services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate relocation benefits to customers.
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Proven track record in Moving/Relocation sales (must have at least 2-3 years experience), business development, or related international moving/relocation field.
- Strong understanding of industry sales and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively with customers directly.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market insights.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience using Salesforce or other CRM software, Hubspot and Zoominfo.
- This position involves travel in and around the Chicagoland area doing in home surveys (determining cost of moving household goods).
