Job Title: Assistant Manager Ecommerce
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas - 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas, Texas
Salary: $15.83 per Hour
Work Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday

General Job Duties: Implements and administers sales strategies for multiple online sales platforms including but not limited to GoodwillFinds, Shopgoodwill, Amazon, eBay, Goodwillbooks, and others.
Supervises assigned personnel, including scheduling and training, to ensure an efficient operation of the day-to-day activities of Ecommerce such as sorting, listing, shipping, and inventory management. Assist with conflict resolution, including knowledge of the reporting process, managing ongoing employee concerns or behavioral problems, and collection of supporting documentation as needed. Assists with viewing candidate applications, conducting phone screens, verifying availability and scheduling interviews at the direction of the Manager, Online Sales and Operations. Defers to Manager, Online Sales and Operations complete all other aspects of the hiring process, such as making hiring decisions.
Works closely with other departments housed within the warehouse facility to ensure efficient and timely product and supply movement to maintain Goodwill NCT’s ongoing use throughout the department. Oversees the daily maintenance and care of the physical location for the purpose of providing a safe, secure and orderly facility to the benefit of employees and visitors alike. Implements and maintains a system of record keeping including but not limited to disciplinary documentation of employees, injury reporting and departmental report generation which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill NCT as well as to Federal, State, and private agencies with a need to know. If requested by the Manager, Online Sales and Operations, the Assistant will administer disciplinary action that was written by the Manager, Online Sales and Operations to an employee when the Manager, Online Sales and Operations is absent.
Skills/Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ work experience in production and/or ecommerce operations with at least one year with supervisory responsibilities required and strong leadership skills demonstrated in previous employment and/or position. Must be able to adapt and manage change. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, and other team members, coach/train peers or team members and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged. Must have proven computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to understand and use or quickly learn and use proficiently online selling platforms and the softwares needed to list items online effectively and efficiently for sale and instruct employees in the proper use of the same.
Physical Requirements: Some extremes of temperature, dust, and noise. Must be mobile to move from function to function. May be required to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to travel to corporate or other locations as requested. Open availability to work a varying schedule within a 40-hour work period. Some seasonal or department-based overtime may be required.
