Role Overview:
As the Regional Sales and Facility Supervisor at Alfa Cantor, you will be responsible for overseeing regional sales efforts in San Antonio and surrounding cities. You will manage in-store ad-hoc sales, maintain customer relationships, make outbound calls to prospective clients, and ensure that the warehouse operations and logistics are handled efficiently. This position requires a proactive approach to both sales and facility management to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Regional Sales Focus:
· Develop regional sales targeting South Texas area.
· Conduct outbound sales calls to existing customers.
· Make proactive customer calls to strengthen relationships and address any concerns.
· Make cold calls to prospective customers during downtime to expand the customer base.
Walk-in Ad-Hoc Sales:
· Manage and oversee in-store sales activities, providing exceptional customer service.
· Coordinate sales and ensure the reception area is well-maintained and visually appealing for walk-in customers.
Warehouse and Logistics Management:
· Ensure the warehouse is kept orderly, clean, and efficient.
· Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
· Coordinate logistics, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods to customers.
Office Operations:
· Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
· Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area.
· Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
· Utilize ZoHo CRM to manage leads, prospects, and customer data effectively.
· Perform order entry tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar sales, warehouse, or facility management role.
· Experience with outbound sales calls and achieving sales targets.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous telephone manner.
Work Environment:
Full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
Work setting includes an office environment in San Antonio, TX 78217.
