SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S.) from four-year College or university is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a MRP/ERP system
REQUIRED/PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
- Knowledge of AS9100D/ISO 900:2015 preferred
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and train employees within a team oriented environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience with cost containment and managing a production budget
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ideal candidate must be customer and quality focused
