We are looking for an RN or LPN and have openings for Day Shift, Med-Pass shift, or PRN.

Salary:
$38-$45 DOE
Requirements:
- RN's and LPN's are primarily responsible for med pass, charting, monitoring vital signs, assessments, documentation etc.
- Whether you are an experienced RN or LPN in long term care or a new nurse looking to start out, come and see what we have to offer and we are confident you'll love being a part of our team.
- Must possess active RN or LPN License in the state of UT.
