Jefferson Property Management is searching for an HOA Community Property Manager. Managers will manage maintenance, operating budgets, financial planning. Will require to interact with contractors. Must have a solid understanding of covenants, insurance claims, contracts, accounting and basic government law and relations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as an HOA management professional
- Project management skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service
- Must be able to work well under pressure and work well with others
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8-4. Candidate must be available to attend evening board meetings as needed. On call for HOA emergencies.
Salary range is based on experience and portfolio size.
