Prestonwood Landscape Services is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas.
Here’s what you’d do:
You’d be the primary contact for existing commercial clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and generating new ancillary sales. You’d also oversee field operations and supervise a Production Manager, who works with the crew to deliver fantastic service in the field.
You’d be responsible for:
Client Relations:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including but not limited to property owners, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Inspecting property sites to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
- Providing client services proactively to meet client requests and resolve concerns.
Sales:
- Proactively recommending property improvements and enhancement ideas to your clients.
- Developing accurate proposals and estimates for new and existing clients.
Operations:
- Assisting in preparing annual budgets for property revenue.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure revenue is collected timely.
- Performing and documenting site inspections on a regular basis.
- Providing support for field maintenance crews to include project assignments and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure objectives are met.
Minimum Requirements
- HS/GED equivalent required
- 2-3 years' experience in the Landscape Industry or Business-to-Business (B2B) Client Account Management.
- Prior customer service, management, or leadership experience.
- Current driver's license.
Travel/Location
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. This position requires travel 75% of the time within the DFW Metroplex. No overnight travel. A company vehicle is provided.
