Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple clinics
Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including providers and support staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
Manage fiscal resources, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management
Produce team schedules & staff teams through recruiting and retention
Skills & Experience:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
Experience in fiscal management, including budgeting and financial reporting
Experience in leadership roles
Familiarity with acute care settings and the ability to handle emergency situations
