We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Strategist with 5+ years in the agricultural sector to join our team. Your mission will be to proactively seek out and engage with farmers, dealerships, and manufacturers throughout the Midwest who can benefit from our coating solutions. This role is crucial for our company's growth, enabling us to secure more jobs for our detailers and expand exponentially. Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek out and engage with farmers and agricultural businesses in the Midwest that require equipment coatings, including tractors and other large machinery.
* Educate clients on the benefits of Roar Coatings and how it can protect their equipment and prolong its life.
* Funnel sales opportunities to Roar Coatings, ensuring a steady stream of coating jobs for our certified installers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized coating solutions.
* Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and develop strategies to penetrate the agricultural market.
* Provide feedback to the management team to help refine our offerings and approach.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the agricultural sector.
* In-depth knowledge of farm equipment and the agricultural industry.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
