Are you passionate about sales, technology and working for a company that is passionate about leading a sales team?
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Vice President of Sales for our Texas branch to join our fast-paced, high-performing sales team to lead and grow our Houston and Dallas branches! You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing the entire Texas sales team using the solution and challenger-based selling methodologies.

Managing sales successfully is your primary focus and should be accomplished by leading the sales team to close business in the mid- market and corporate space throughout Texas

Lead prospecting/acquisition motion, fostering a team environment that understands the acquisition motion

Working with the Branch Manager and the services team to ensure the sales team focuses on selling key solutions to drive high utilization in our project services business

Managing the team, ensuring all individual sales reporting and weekly forecasting is complete and accurate in CRM

Developing and driving relationships with our top partners including, Microsoft and Databricks
-
Working with our internal marketing team, external partner team, and our practice leads on lead generation activities, marketing programs, and events

Leading and participating in weekly account review and coaching sessions with the account managers reporting to you

Holding accountability for key relationships and networking activities

Conducting Quarterly development meetings with direct reports

Representing Long View to clients and partners at various meetings, presentations, seminars, conferences, and events

10+ years of experience in sales in the IT industry

Previous sales leadership experience

Exceptional interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem

Proven success and strong relationships with partners to drive acquisition of net-new business

Passionate about creating a great client experience

Long View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
