About the Role:
The Office Coordinator provides a broad range of administration and general upkeep support to the Atlanta Headquarters Office. This role provides customer support to visitors, administrative tasks throughout the office, and general office maintenance support to ensure a professional and well run corporate office. This position interacts with and supports all levels of the organization.
- Provide general office administrative support, including filing, scanning, copying, and mailing.
- Maintain office equipment and café appliances. Order, organize and daily stock office and café supplies.
- Performs duties related to incoming and outgoing mail and outgoing package handling.
- Provide front desk support including, greet and sign in visitors, answer phone, manage incoming package shipments
- Maintain neatness and organization of supply, reception, and café areas.
- Assist with the planning and executing of in office employee activities as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the company senior leadership, staff and other constituents

Who we would like to meet:
- 2+ years office or customer support experience. College degree preferred.
- Confidence working with a variety of office equipment.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer experience required. Must be proficient at Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Anticipating administrative needs and preparing for special events.
- Must be able to professionally and confidentially handle and process information.
- Direct experience with customers is a plus.
- Approachable, warm, friendly, and professional when dealing with others.
