**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, kitchen management, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Duties:**
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Interview, hire, and train new kitchen employees
- Oversee food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure quality control of all food served
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in kitchen management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
