Customer Service Representative
Sure Thing Pest Control is currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our main office. This role is responsible for answering and responding to incoming calls, for scheduling inspections and service, and for performing a variety of administrative tasks. A Successful candidate will be an effective communicator with experience inbound customer service and promote the highest level of friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism and efficiency.
Key Result Area
- Customer service
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers
- Inbound sales (no cold calls)
- Scheduling customer services
- Routing technician appointments
- Communicate with technicians on a regular basis
- Provide quality customers service by phone and email inquiries, request
Requirements
- One year of successful inbound customer service experience
- Interest in the pest control industry
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft, word processing, email)
- Ability to communicate effectively within our organization and with external customers
- Office operational hours 8:00am- 6:00pm Monday through Friday, some Saturdays requires
