Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and setup of food and beverage stations for catering events, restaurants, or hotels.
- Deliver food and beverages to customers' tables in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Clear tables and clean up after customers have finished their meals.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with kitchen staff, servers, and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in delivering orders.
- Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices.
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment if required.
