Overview:
Join the exciting Coral Springs Auto Mall Team! We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as aPayroll and Benefits Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance and other voluntary benefits
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Run semi-monthly and commission payroll
- Work with HR team to ensure accurate tracking of employee leave, including vacation, sick time, and FMLA
- Pay monthly benefits: Paying and reconcile schedule
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least one year expericene in payroll/and or benefit administration.
- ADP /Work force now experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of payrolll and HRIS systems
- Experience in benefits administration and payroll management
- Must be able to interact with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficient Excel skills
- Team player

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
