Description:
The Facilities Assistant reports to the Building Manager in support of the Hoover Institution Facilities Department and Mailroom.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
moving furniture and boxes; event and conference support; customer service support; mailroom support; building access, closure and security. Ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and be comfortable with manual labor. AV experience a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Work schedule is M-F, 8a-5pm
Requirements: Customer service experience, AV Skills, and Mailroom/Shipping experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
