Location: Brielle (Monmouth County) and Metuchen (Middlesex County)

Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate law, including estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, litigation, and related areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base and make a meaningful impact on their lives and legacies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and revocable/irrevocable trusts.
- Assist clients in developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth preservation and asset distribution.
- Handle probate and trust administration matters, including estate settlement, asset distribution, and beneficiary disputes.
- Represent clients in estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.
- Stay current on developments in estate law and tax law to ensure compliance and maximize benefits for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the legal and financial industries.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide integrated solutions for clients with complex legal needs.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
- Five (5) years of experience practicing estate law, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning techniques, tax laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
