Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Subway, managing inventory, and leading a team of Sandwhich Artists. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our customers' dining experiences.
Duties
- Manage and lead a team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations Subway, including food preparation, presentation, and great customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Develop and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing support to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Interview and hire new staff members as needed.
- Manage the restaurant's point-of-sale system and All systems Subway requires.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations- Safe Serve Certification.
- Ensure that the restaurant meets all standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with a Subway
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of staff members.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe and clean work environment..
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
