The patient service consultant will be responsible for front end interactions with patients and referring dentists and their staff, with a focus on growing potential patient base and fortifying strong relationships with referring dental practices. This role will be tied directly to driving the best patient experience and profitable growth of the practice. Main responsibilities include directly interacting with potential and new patients to schedule appointments with a focus on patient acquisition and retention. Core competencies required include solid communication skills, persuasion skils, interpersonal skills, high work ethic, high sense of ownership and accountability, and strong collaboration skills.
