Qualifications
•Previous experience working with students in a coaching or teaching role
•Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
•Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate students
•Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline during training sessions
•Physical fitness to actively participate in training sessions and demonstrate skills to students
Responsibilities
•As a Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and training students in the fundamentals of soccer, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and helping them develop their skills on the field
•Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for students of various ages and skill levels
•Teach students the rules and techniques of soccer, including passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending•Organize and lead team practices, scrimmages, and games
•Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their performance
•Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play among students
•Monitor student progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed•Ensure the safety of students during training sessions and games
•Effectively communicate with families via email and in-person
